Items purchased from Conejo Swimworks may be returned to us within 30 days from the date of shipment to receive a refund or credit. You must first contact Conejo Swimworks for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA Code) before making a return. Items returned without an RMA are not eligible for a refund or exchange and the return of such items is at the expense of the sender.
All returned items are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be returned by the shipper. Merchandise purchased online may not be returned at our two retail locations.
Condition of Returned Goods
If you are returning an item, it must be in its original packaging and have its original tags attached. Clothing items must be unworn and have all hang tags attached.
Items Which Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns of goggles and caps. We cannot accept returns of swimming products or equipment that have been used in the water, that do not have original tags or that have been removed from their packaging. Special order items can only be returned in the case of a defect and will only be exchanged for replacement of the same item.
Technical Suit Returns
Technical suits may be returned within 14 days of when the suit was first shipped. Please be sure to try your technical suit on when you receive it. We will not accept refunds or exchanges beyond 14 days. Technical suits are those suits which are considered premium items used specifically to maximize performance. Example may include (but are not limited to): Fastskin (FS, FSII, FS Pro, LZR), Tracer, Aquablade, etc.
Defective Items
Defective items may be returned for a new item within 30 days of shipment. Defects that occur beyond 30 days from shipment will be handled on a case-by-case basis. You must first contact Conejo Swimworks, and we will work with you to determine whether there is a defect. Defective items will be exchanged and refunds will not be issued.
Shipping & Handling
Customers who exchange an item will be charged shipping costs on the new item.
Customers who purchase an item with “free shipping” and who desire a refund will receive a refund for their cost of the item minus our shipping & handling costs.
Conejo Swimworks is not responsible for delays in shipping due to the shipping company and therefore is not be liable for any shipments which do not arrive. The shipping company becomes responsible once we turn the package over to them -- not once it appears in their system. On rare occasions, the package may not be seen in their system after it has left our control.
Closeout and Sale Merchandise
Closeout ans sale merchandise cannot be returned. Such merchandise can only be exchanged for size if the size is still available. Any item sold at a discount of 20% or greater is considered closeout.
Customized Items
Items which are customized according to your order instructions cannot be returned.
